Finance / Information Services
The Finance and Information Services Department is headed by the Director of Finance, who is appointed by the City Manager. The department is responsible for the city's financial planning, accounting, taxes, licensing, property and fiscal records, collections, internal auditing, information services, health insurance, employee benefits and other fiscal activities.
